Connect2 Property Valuations is an independent company who are happy to assist with your property valuation requirements.
Ron Marshall is Connect2 Property Valuations Director and has some 40 years of experience in the real estate sector at both national and mid-tier firms with 35 years undertaking residential, retail, commercial and industrial valuations mainly throughout Victoria. Ron is an Associate and financial member of the Australian Property Institute (API) and is recognised as a Certified Practising Valuer.
Ron has carried out freehold and leasehold valuations in regard to a wide range of commercial, industrial, retail and residential property in both the private, investment and development sectors. Reports have been prepared for solicitors, private and public companies; leading banks; financial institutions, government agencies and private investors, for a range of purposes including financial reporting, family law, litigation, mortgage and acquisition purposes. Ron has been recognised as a Specialist Retail Valuer appointed by both the API and Small Business Commissioner to undertake rental determinations.
Ron’s knowledge of most sectors of the Melbourne property market is very strong and through his career has developed strong personal contacts within many segments of the industry. In the preparation of reports and presentations he developed strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

Connect2 valuers comply with the API Rules of Professional Conduct and Code of Ethics which set expectations of professional conduct and behaviour and we further comply with the International Valuation Standards (IVS) produced and published by the International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC) and adopted by the API.
